Shipping Policy

 

 

  • Processing Time: All wig units are handmade and require 3–5 weeks for processing before shipping. 

  • Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking provided once dispatched.

  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout.

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow your order’s journey.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Niyah Jadee Wigs is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • International Shipping: Available upon request. Delivery times and rates vary based on location. Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return & Exchange Policy

 

 

Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, refunds or exchanges once an order is placed.

 

 

Exceptions:

 

 

  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive an incorrect unit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your wig arrives damaged due to shipping, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

 

 

 

 

Additional Notes

 

 

  • Custom Orders: Wigs customized to your specifications (color, length, density, cut, etc.) are not eligible for exchange or refund under any circumstance.

  • Unit Care: Once the wig has been worn, altered, or styled (including washing, cutting, or coloring), it is no longer eligible for replacement consideration.

  • Communication: For all concerns, please email us at [your business email] with your full name, order number, and clear details of the issue.
